Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
• Handle procurement and inventory management.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, and employee records management.
• Manage and supervise support staff.
• Ensure seamless office functioning.
• Manage office infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma/Graduation from a recognized university or institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, operations or similar areas 

Required Skills:
• Good IT skills with the ability to support and troubleshoot office systems and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital records etc.
• Familiarity with online tools for communication, scheduling, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in raising indents, purchase orders, inventory monitoring, and report writing.
• Exhibits a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm to contribute to the organization and ecosystem.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Salary
• Consolidated monthly salary in the range of Rs. 35000/- to 40000/- per month, based on candidate skills and experience.
• The appointment is for one year contract extendable based on need and funding.
• The selected candidate is expected to join immediately.
