About the Role:
The Training Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training, capacity- building, and entrepreneurship development programs. The role also involves supporting startup incubation, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, CSR initiatives, and other ecosystem development activities at TECHIN.

Key Responsibilities:
● Planning and coordinating Training and Entrepreneurship Development programs.
● Liaison with consultants and resource persons for training and mentoring.
● Be a resource person to conduct specific training sessions in programs.
● Creating content for training manuals.
● Prepare reports, proposals, presentations and other documents as needed.
● Demonstration/management of products and equipment as assigned.
● Liaison and arranging the facility for training/programs.
● Support incubation & startup activities at TECHIN
● Support fundraising initiatives, CSR activities, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the startup ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience:
● Graduation in Science/Engineering or Post Graduation in Management with a good academic record. Candidates with an engineering background will be given preference.
● At least three years of experience in conducting incubation programs, program management, training and capacity building programs.
● Knowledge and exposure to the startup’s environment and startup incubation.
● Familiarity with Entrepreneurship Training programs.
● Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
● Computer skills, Proficient in Office and G Suite; Working knowledge in Canva/ InDesign/ Other Design software will be a plus.
● Enthusiasm to contribute to the ecosystem/organization.
● Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
● The role may require travel based on project and organizational requirements.

Salary
● Consolidated monthly emolument in the range Rs 40,000/- per month.
● The position is on contract for an initial period of 1 year, including a 3-month probation period. The contract may be extended based on performance and organizational requirements.
