About the Role:
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing incubation programs, training, capacity-building & entrepreneurship development at TECHIN. The role will also involve supporting startup incubation, stakeholder engagement, fundraising initiatives, CSR programs, partnerships, and other ecosystem development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
● Program coordination, planning, and execution of incubation, innovation, and entrepreneurship development programs.
● Incubation management, including startup onboarding, mentoring coordination, progress tracking, and ecosystem support.
● Liaison with mentors, consultants, resource persons, industry experts, and stakeholders for training and mentoring activities.
● Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, budgets, and other program documentation.
● Coordinate startup events, workshops, pitch sessions, and networking programs.
● Planning and coordinating training and Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDPs).
● Support fundraising initiatives, CSR programs, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the startup ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience:
● Graduation in Science/Engineering or Post Graduation in Management. Candidates with an engineering background will be given preference.
● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in startup incubation, program management, training or related areas.
● Experience in designing and conducting incubation programs, investor meets, mentoring programs, events, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
● Knowledge and exposure to the startup’s environment and startup incubation.
● Familiarity with Entrepreneurship Training programs.
● Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
● Computer skills, Proficient in Office and G Suite; Working knowledge in Canva/other Design software will be a plus.
● Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
● The role may require travel based on project and organizational requirements.

Salary
●  Consolidate salary of ₹40,000/- per month.
● The position is on contract for an initial period of 1 year, including a 3-month probation period.
● The contract may be extended based on performance and organizational requirements.
● Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
