Call for Innovations in Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WaSH) Technologies
Samastha 6.0 (समस्ता 6.0) is the sixth cohort of the flagship online call for Innovations, organized by TECHIN and GSCoE of IIT Palakkad. This event aims to identify technological solutions at the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 5 and above within the WaSH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) domains. Samastha 6.0 invites ideas and products that align with our problem statements for potential hybrid incubation (both online and offline).
A team of experts will review the applications, and the shortlisted innovations for the first round of pitching will be announced. This initial pitch round involves the scrutiny of both the technical and business potentials of the innovations. Successful candidates from this round will advance to the final pitching round.
Winning entries from the final round may receive funding support of up to Rs 20 lakhs. The exact funding for each winning innovation will be determined based on the financial requirement as declared by the innovator/start-up and subsequently finalized through evaluators’ recommendations.
